Our very first campervan conversion, Bertha has a special place in our hearts! Bertha features a sleek white interior with all the luxuries for an island adventure. Compared to the other vans in our fleet, Bertha has 2 main differences: 1) the bed is about 4 inches shorter (6 ft. long exactly), and 2) the electrical setup needs a bit more attention. While the solar panels automatically charge the battery, when the battery depletes you have to manually plug the battery into the cigarette lighter outlet. Not a big deal, but it's one more thing to think about, so we give ya a little discount compared to the other big ladies.
Pricing automatically includes:
$195 nightly rate (20% summer discount June-Sept)
$125 cleaning fee
$20/night vehicle insurance
⭐️ 10% weekly discount on nightly rate for bookings 7 nights or more
🚨A week prior to your trip we will secure a $1000 security deposit. The security deposit is never taken out of your account, it is simply an authorization hold on the funds that will be released within 7 days of the van being returned with no damage.
🚨Known issues/damage for Bertha: The floor is experiencing a bit of warping and we plan to replace it soon. If it's not a full sun day you do have to watch the electrical like we expressed above, but she's a happy and healthy gal.

When you book with us we do our best to equip you to adventure the island with Aloha. We send you a series of emails with tips to prepare for your trip and a map of spots you can park the van overnight on the island. This resource is extensive with detailed notes to keep you safe and our guests love it! Not a single guest has ever reported issues with overnight parking.
Check-in is between noon and 8pm (though we can accomodate later check-ins as well!). Check-out is before 11am. If there's no booking before or after you, we have an early and late check-in available for an additional $50 (each).
